Nothing on this page is a contract, and using the website does not create one.

The subject of these Terms of Use is the public Lumin website only. These are not terms for a software subscription, and they are not an end-user license for Lumin software.

Customer access to Lumin software and services is governed by separately executed agreements, including a Master Services Agreement and applicable order forms.

Those agreements are not incorporated into these Terms of Use. This page does not restate them, and it does not add fees, warranties, liability limits, governing law, venue, or termination terms.

The site introduces Lumin, Inc., an enterprise AI intelligence technology company, using the public marketing language already on the homepage, including the tagline illuminate your Data. These Terms of Use do not describe product technology beyond that public language.

The Request a Demo page contains a form. In the current website code, the form requires a first name, last name, work email, phone number, company, and company website. Job title and industry are optional.

Submitting the form sends those fields to the website server. The confirmation is shown only after HubSpot confirms the saved request. If HubSpot does not confirm it, the page asks the visitor to try again. The code does not store the request in the browser's session storage.

Public pages name Las Vegas as global headquarters, Belfast as technology and engineering, and San Francisco as a planned strategic expansion, not an established office. The site does not publish a street address, so these Terms of Use do not give one for legal notice.
