Security Statement

This page does not ask a visitor to accept a security commitment.

The Lumin website source does not document product security controls. It contains no certification records and no configuration for encryption, access control, monitoring, or incident response. The site in this repository is a public marketing site.

The only data-handling path visible in the website code is the Request a Demo form. The form posts to a server action. The server rejects a submission that fails field checks, a hidden spam field, a too-fast submit, or the per-network rate limit. A request is sent to HubSpot over HTTPS only after those checks pass, and only when the server has a HubSpot access token. The page treats the request as received only after HubSpot confirms the saved records. If HubSpot is unavailable, the server returns an error and does not store the request. That is not a security control for Lumin software.

Security practices for Lumin software and services are not described in this repository. They are described to customers under their agreements, including a Master Services Agreement and applicable order forms. This Security Statement does not restate those agreements and does not describe proprietary technology, architecture, or methods.

This page does not state a certification, a compliance regime, an encryption method, a retention period, an audit program, or a security guarantee. Those facts are not documented here, so they are not asserted.
